Structure
Q: What is the technology used in Easy line packaging?
A: it is an easy opening feature that uses with a straight tear makes possible.
Q: Will my barrier be affected?
A: No. We cut only the outer layer of the laminate and the second (barrier) layer stays untouched.
Q: What is the advantage compared to a laser technology?
A: A laser will burn the first layer and will touch the second as well, therefore continuous barrier properties are not guaranteed. Because of the easy line production process the barrier properties remain intact.

The materials can run on a Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine(VFFS), a Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine(HFFS), a Pouch Filling Machine, or Liquid Filling machinery. There are newer machines on the market that are versatile and can run a wide array of formats including pouches and quad seal.
